We are pleased to offer two secure and convenient methods for sending your dial to our workshop, giving you maximum flexibility regardless of your location.
This is our preferred method for US-based clients, ensuring fast processing times:
Shipping Address: You ship your dial to our dedicated reception hub in Miami, Florida.
Processing Time: Once received in Miami, the dial is processed and shipped to our main workshop in Uruguay. We typically receive the dial in our hands within one week (approximately 5 business days) of its arrival at the Miami hub.
Cost Efficiency: This method is often the most cost-effective and fastest way to get your project started.
For clients who prefer to ship directly to our international workshop, we offer a seamless DDP service:
Shipping: You send the dial directly to our address in Montevideo, Uruguay, via FedEx.
DDP Service: The shipment must be sent as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means all shipping costs, duties, and taxes are paid by you in the country of origin, ensuring the package clears customs quickly and without delays or unexpected charges upon arrival here.
Payment and Turnaround
Once we have received and assessed the dial, the process is as follows:
- Restoration Time: After the work has been approved, the restoration process typically takes 10 working days (approximately 2 weeks) to complete.
- Payment Methods: We accept secure payment via PayPal or a Wire Transfer directly to our Bank of America account.
- Return Shipping: We return the finished dial to you using a secure, tracked service.
